WAVE to Play Gen2 has two ports, allowing it to connect to nine additional WAVE to Play devices and a dial that can be set to trigger one of multiple programmed videos. The size of the device is about half the original size (now 3.5″ x 2.25″ x 1″), making it easier to accommodate, and comes with a cable that allows dry contact triggering, which means it can now be used with large Most media players or any other equipment that requires dry contact switches. The equipment comes standard with three wires: 6′to connect to the player, 2′to connect to another WAVE to Play device, and 6′to dry contact.
WAVE to Play is a proximity sensor that responds to the “wave” of the hand, allowing viewers to trigger the video on the digital signage screen from a distance of one to three inches. WAVE can be installed under any non-metallic material up to 3 inches thick.
