2009.10 A story with the Bulgarian guest, about the dual-screen cash terminal

2009.9.28 Bulgarian guests sent an inquiry to our company, asking about cash self-service terminal equipment with thermal printers, banknote acceptors and other functions. Kevin, the company's business manager, recommended several appearances and structures for customers to choose from.

After careful analysis and communication, the customer finally chose the LX2021 dual-screen model and confirmed the proofing. The upper screen plays pictures, videos and other advertising content, and the lower screen is a self-service interactive display with a touch screen. 2009.11.16 Completed 2 prototypes and sent them to customers, the system installed was Linux Ubuntu
2010.2.8 After receiving the prototype, the customer gave a good response and placed a small order of 16 units after reaching agreement on some modifications.
Because this project is a Bulgarian national project, the system cannot be affected by accidental power outages, so a UPS uninterruptible power supply is installed inside the machine.
80 of them were required to be delivered within 45 days after receiving the deposit, and the other 80 were all handed over within 55 days. With the joint efforts of all colleagues in the company, while preparing other customer products at the same time, the first batch of 80 units were completed within 38 days, including cabinet processing, surface painting, internal parts assembly, installation, adjustment and copying, and the customers were notified in advance to come for inspection.
